The transaction will require customary approvals, including from the Romanian Competition Council. Christian Groh, president of Schwarz Corporate Solutions, emphasized the growth potential of La Cocoș and the willingness to work together to expand the existing business model. The current employees will remain part of the company after the takeover is finalized.
