Safetech Innovations, a Romanian cybersecurity company, announced preliminary consolidated revenues of 54.9 million lei for 2025, down 9% compared to 2024, and a turnover of 35.6 million lei, down 17%. Although the fourth quarter was affected by economic and political uncertainties, the company managed to maintain a net profit of 11.3 million lei, an increase of 2%. Victor Gânsac, Chairman of the Board, emphasized the stability of revenues from recurring contracts, which provide visibility for a 25% growth in 2026.

On an individual level, the turnover was 34.7 million lei, and the net profit was 11.9 million lei. Cybersecurity services accounted for 55% of the turnover, contributing to the strengthening of the net margin. The company aims to expand its international presence and invest in technical skills to tackle more complex projects. Safetech Innovations has signed partnerships with companies in Europe and has begun discussions with potential partners in Africa and the Middle East.

For 2026, it is estimated that 15% of the turnover will come from external contracts, especially from the European Commission's FREIA agreement. Safetech UK, the entity in the United Kingdom, continues to attract clients from regulated industries, already having 12 new clients in 2025. The company benefits from support to accelerate export activities and participates in initiatives to facilitate entry into the American market. Safetech Innovations has been listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange since February 2023.
