Romanian farmers will receive financial support of 25 million euros through a loan from the European Investment Bank (EIB), aimed at channeling funds to agricultural micro-enterprises. This loan will facilitate access to financing for an essential sector that employs over 20% of Romania's workforce and contributes approximately 4% to the country's GDP. The agreement aims to support young farmers and promote innovation and sustainable business practices. EIB Vice President Ioannis Tsakiris emphasized the importance of this support for the agricultural sector.
