Romanian companies are accelerating investments in the USA. Romania, the second largest delegation from the EU at the SelectUSA Summit.

Romania has the second largest delegation in the EU and the eighth largest in the world at the SelectUSA Summit, dedicated to promoting foreign direct investments and job creation. 

The Romanian delegation brings together nearly 40 companies and over 70 participants – including representatives from the academic and research environment, the media, as well as local authorities. The delegation also includes Darryl Nirenberg, the ambassador of the United States of America in Romania. 

"From May 3-6, the U.S. Ambassador to Romania, Darryl Nirenberg, led the Romanian delegation to SelectUSA, the most important event in the United States dedicated to promoting foreign direct investments and job creation. The Romanian delegation was the second largest from the EU and the eighth largest in the world. 66 representatives from over 36 companies from various sectors participated, reflecting the high potential for developing economic relations between the United States and Romania," announced the U.S. Embassy in Bucharest in a press release on Wednesday.
