The three-month ROBOR index rose to 6.08%, influencing the cost of consumer loans in lei

The 3-month ROBOR index rose to 6.08% per annum from 5.90% and the 6-month ROBOR rose to 6.16%. The 12-month ROBOR also rose to 6.23%. In contrast, the benchmark index for consumer credit (IRCC) fell to 5.55% p.a., according to data published by the National Bank of Romania. These changes may affect the cost of consumer and mortgage loans in lei.
