The three-month ROBOR index, used to calculate the cost of consumer loans in lei with variable interest rates, has recorded a new increase, reaching 5.93% per annum. It was 6.21% at the beginning of the year. The IRCC, the benchmark index for consumer loans, also rose to 5.99% per annum, calculated as the average of daily interest rates of interbank transactions in the second quarter of 2019.
