The new Spatial Planning, Urbanism and Construction Code will clarify the way construction is carried out on Romanian territory, in order to eliminate contradictory interpretations and confusion. The association calls for a clear differentiation between buildings erected without authorization and those built under authorizations issued by public authorities.
