The IRCC index for loans newer than 2019 will rise to 5.99% from the beginning of next month, which will increase rates by about 23 lei. This is the highest level recorded by the IRCC since its implementation. Although the NBR cut the key interest rate twice this year, this will not yet be reflected in IRCC-dependent rates.
