The government adopted on Friday a decision that complements Government Decision no. 60/2005, establishing obligations for the Autonomous Administration 'State Protocol Property Administration' (RA-APPS).
According to the new regulations, RA-APPS will have to publish semi-annually, on the institution's website, the list of properties owned by the state, both public and private, on June 10 and December 10, maintaining the information for 6 months. Additionally, RA-APPS will publish monthly, by the 15th of the following month, the reports of works reimbursed for repairs, equipment, and construction.
Rental income varies depending on the legal status of the property: for public properties, RA-APPS retains 50% of the rent for administration, while the rest is transferred to the state budget; for private properties, the rent remains entirely at the disposal of RA-APPS for self-financing.
These measures aim to enhance transparency and efficiency in managing state assets.
