This measure comes in the context of an increase in gas prices of about 40% on the European market. The draft extension of the cap is to be published on the ministry's website, as it is considered to be of great interest to all Romanians. The minister emphasized that there are financial resources for this measure, the budget allocated to the compensation scheme being 50% higher than last year.
