PPC has finalized the acquisition of the Land Power wind farm in Romania, with an installed capacity of 84 MW, from the European subsidiaries of the Lukoil Group.

The acquisition was carried out by PPC Renewables' subsidiary PPC Renewables, after fulfilling the usual preconditions for such transactions. The wind farm is located in the villages of Dorobantu and Topolog in Romania and generates over 200 GWh of electricity per year. The transaction was carried out through a competitive process with PPC Renewables being selected as the preferred bidder.
