Patria Bank announced positive financial results for the first quarter of 2026, with a net banking income of 61.9 million lei, an increase of 9% compared to Q1 2025. The CEO, Valentin Vancea, emphasized the importance of sustainable growth of the loan portfolio and the relationship with clients, despite a challenging macroeconomic environment. Operating expenses increased moderately by 4%, and the cost/income ratio improved to 70%. The operational result grew by 24%, and total assets exceeded 5.4 billion lei, with a performing loan portfolio of 2.8 billion lei. The non-performing exposure rate was 4.4%, maintaining a solid coverage ratio. In the commercial segment, the bank recorded growth in the SME, Agro & Food, and Corporate portfolios. Investments in digitalization led to an increase in users of the online platform. The capital adequacy ratio was 20.39%, reflecting a solid capitalization base. Patria Bank offers a wide range of financial services, including digital solutions for clients.
