<p>The eJobs.co.uk analysis shows that in the first half of 2025, there were 5.1 million applications, with the majority coming from candidates aged 25 to 35. Most hiring has been in retail and services, while IT and construction have seen reduced activity due to the removal of tax breaks. Full-time jobs account for 90% of all applications, and more than 22,000 jobs are available on the platform.
