Norofert, an organic input producer listed on the AeRO market of the BVB, reported a turnover of 29 million lei for the first 9 months of 2025, a decrease of 18% compared to the previous year. However, net profit increased significantly, reaching 4.5 million lei, compared to 1.3 million lei in the same period of 2024. This decrease in revenue is attributed to a reduction in volumes in the domestic market and a cautious commercial policy focused on high value-added projects.

The Chairman of the Board, Vlad Popescu, emphasized the importance of the company's core activity, which includes the production of bacterial-based solutions. Norofert has made progress in investments, including in irrigation and in the factory in Brazil, which became operational in October, with a capacity of 15,000 liters per day. Revenues from the USA already account for approximately 10% of the turnover, and the medium-term goal is to strengthen the presence in international markets, with estimates of up to 40% of turnover coming from these regions in the next three years. Operating revenues decreased by 8%, but the operating result increased by 84%, due to the streamlining of activities and cost optimization. The consolidated results also include the subsidiary Agroprod CEV S.R.L., which organically cultivates 1,000 hectares in Teleorman.
