Morphosis Capital Partners BV has completed the fundraising for Morphosis Capital Fund II, reaching 130 million euros, thus exceeding the initial limit. The fund is supported by institutions such as FEI, EBRD, and IFC, and aims to support SMEs in Romania and the region in various sectors. So far, three investments have been made, and the fund intends to continue investing in companies with scaling potential, aiming to generate growth and attractive exit opportunities for investors.
