Deputy Prime Minister Tanczos Barna has announced legislative changes aimed at curbing insolvency abuses and improving revenue collection for the state budget. The proposed measures include holding administrators who embezzle companies accountable, limiting the period of insolvency and restrictions for those with previous insolvencies. The changes are part of commitments to the European Commission to reduce the budget deficit.
