The IT company High Tech Systems & Software, present in Romania since 2012 and with 300 employees, will be dissolved, announced the sole partner Kaseke Limited from Cyprus, owned by Penta Investments. In 2024, the company recorded business of 118 million lei and losses of nearly 68 million lei. Officials from AMOFM Bucharest stated that they have not been notified about any potential collective layoffs, while the liquidation of the company raises questions about the impact on employees in Romania.
