The CEO of eMAG, Irina Pancea, announces her departure from the position after three years: "It's time for my next bet"

Irina Pancea, the general director of eMAG, announced that she will leave the company after three years, starting in April, when her fourth fiscal year will end. Having joined eMAG in 2022 and taking over leadership in March 2023, Pancea stated that it is time to close this chapter to prepare for a new stage in her career.

In a message posted on her Linkedin account, she emphasized that every change was a bet on herself, mentioning that she gained more than she risked. Pancea thanked the team she collaborated with and highlighted that she leaves charged with energy for the future.

With 10 years of experience in entrepreneurship and marketing, Irina Pancea has led the largest marketplace in Southeast Europe, previously having a creative agency with renowned clients.
