Industrial producer prices rose 0.9% in May 2025 from May 2024, but fell 0.2% from April 2025.

According to NSI data, total industrial output prices rose 0.9% in May 2025 compared to the same month in 2024, but fell 0.2% from April 2025. Mining and quarrying was up 5.52% from May 2024, but down 3.02% from April 2025. Manufacturing increased 1.65% compared to May 2024, with significant increases in electronics. Energy production fell by 2.04%, while water collection and distribution was 9.51% more expensive.
