On Monday, the price of gold rose by 2.4%, reaching $4,114.31 per ounce, fueled by economic and geopolitical uncertainties, as well as expectations of interest rate cuts by the Federal Reserve. This increase is supported by central bank purchases and optimistic forecasts from analysts, who estimate that gold could reach $5,000 by 2026. Silver and other precious metals also recorded significant gains, but technical indicators suggest a possible short-term correction.
