Electromagnetica is organizing an auction for the sale of electric car charging stations as part of a strategy to capitalize on assets. It previously sold 11 low-power hydroelectric power stations and a real estate in Bucharest, resulting in a significant reduction in turnover. In the first quarter of 2025, Electromagnetica reported losses of 1.32 million lei. As of the end of March, total assets amounted to RON 434.52 million and debts decreased by 8.81%.
