Societatea Energetică Electrica S.A. has announced the issuance of green bonds worth €500 million, with a maturity of 5 years and a price of 4.566%. Investor demand was more than 11.5 times higher than supply, setting a record in Romania. The funds will finance green projects, contributing to the country's energy strategy. The bonds are rated BBB- and will trade on the Luxembourg and Bucharest stock exchanges. Electrica underlines its commitment to sustainable development and renewable energy.
