The National Bank of Romania shows that the goods balance recorded a smaller deficit, the services balance recorded a larger surplus, the primary income balance recorded a smaller deficit and the secondary income balance recorded a smaller surplus. Total external debt increased by EUR 20 093 million to EUR 163 979 million.
