The proposed transaction involves the acquisition of companies active in the production of electricity from renewable energy sources, owned by RES Terranet Holding SRL. The Competition Council will assess the compatibility of the transaction with a normal competitive environment under Competition Law no. 21/1996. Interested parties may submit comments and observations on the transaction within 20 days.
