Christian Tour, a leader in the tourism market in Romania, proposes to carry out an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and to list its shares on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, thus becoming the first listed tour operator in the country.
In 2025, the company reported a net profit of 31.9 million lei and sales of 983 million lei, serving nearly 369,000 tourists. The offer will include newly issued and existing shares, and approval from the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) is expected in May.
Founded in 1997, Christian Tour has evolved from a travel agency to a complex operator focused on outbound tourism. The company aims to strengthen its market position and capitalize on the growing demand for international travel. Additionally, Christian Tour is accelerating its digital transformation and intends to expand its operational capabilities and tourism product offerings. This listing will provide investors with direct exposure to the growth of the tourism sector in Romania, which is in a favorable development stage.
