Banca Comercială Română has introduced in its offer mortgages with fixed interest rates for the first three years from 4.99%.

The offer is valid until August 31, 2024 for new loan applications and can be accessed both through the George digital banking platform and at any BCR branch. Customers must choose a property built after 2000, with Energy Certificate A or B issued after February 16, 2023. The offer is aimed at those wishing to access a new or refinance mortgage.
