Romania could regenerate the state apparatus through a national government intelligence system based on the real-time collection and analysis of data, said entrepreneur Alexandru Rus, founder of Grota Țaga, at the launch conference of the New Money-INSCOP Entrepreneurs’ Barometer.
Alexandru Rus explained that such a system would allow ministers to quickly see the situation in the institutions they coordinate, as well as in the companies subordinate to them. The data would be centralized in a secure system assisted by artificial intelligence to support faster and more efficient decision-making.
The entrepreneur stated that he had already tested this model in his companies, where approximately 350 employees work, and that the results appeared in a short time. In his opinion, Romania does not make sufficient use of the resource represented by data and has a significant gap compared with the other member states, according to the OECD’s Digital Government Index.
During the conference, Rus also spoke about Grota Țaga, a natural cave of approximately 600 square meters located in Cluj County. The constant microclimate, at around 12 degrees Celsius, and the mix of bacteria promote cheese maturation.
