The Polish company Aforti Holding has announced to investors that it will not be able to honor the payments for the bonds issued, due in 2025, and has initiated bankruptcy proceedings. The bond issue, valued at 2 million lei, was launched on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in October 2021, with an annual interest rate of 10%. Aforti joins other companies facing financial difficulties regarding bonds.
