In the first two months after the VAT increase, the number of real estate transactions for individual homes decreased by approximately 1% compared to the period of August-September 2024. However, compared to May-June 2025, before the official announcement of the VAT increase, transactions recorded a significant increase of over 10%. This fluctuation suggests a mixed reaction of the real estate market to the tax changes.
