Between August 1 and August 8, 2025, the Fidelis VII issue attracted capital of more than RON 1.5 billion, highlighting investor interest in government securities. The new 10-year euro-denominated tranche was the most popular, generating subscriptions of over 589 million lei. Donor-investors benefited from higher interest rates and a low minimum subscription threshold, while facilities offered included the sale of securities before maturity and non-taxation of gains.
