A Romanian caused a fatal accident on a highway in Austria, as a result of which his father died.

A tragic accident occurred on Sunday, August 2, on the A21 highway in Austria, heading towards Linz, where a 22-year-old Romanian caused a serious incident. In the vehicle were his 50-year-old father in the back seat, and another 25-year-old Romanian in the front passenger seat.

According to the police, around 1:15 PM, the driver fell asleep, veering off the road to the right, which led to the car overturning and rolling several times. Although the driver and the front passenger managed to get out of the vehicle and were taken to the hospital, the driver’s father was ejected from the car and died on the spot due to severe injuries. Rescue operations led to the closure of one lane of the A21 highway until 3:15 PM.
