A young woman died after falling from 300 meters while trying to cross the Brâna Aerea in the Bucegi Mountains.

The incident occurred while a group of four people were intending to cross Brâna Aerea. Salvamont Prahova announced that the young woman slipped at the entrance of the brână. Two other people in the group were rescued and the young woman's body was later recovered by two mountain rescuers.
