A 24-year-old young man stole a teenager's phone and called 112 for help, only to be found by gendarmes with the stolen device.

A 24-year-old man from Piatra Neamț stole the cell phone of a 12-year-old teenager, left charged in a car. After getting lost on a hard-to-reach slope in the area of Lake Tău-Bistra, he called 112 for help, using the stolen phone himself. The gendarmes found it and the phone was recovered and returned to the owner. The case will be investigated by the authorities.
