Bad weather warnings. Over half of the country will be under a yellow code for atmospheric instability and strong winds.

The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) issued yellow warnings for atmospheric instability on Monday, valid from 12:00 to 23:00. The affected regions include Maramureș, Crișana, Banat, Transylvania, the western half of Oltenia, and the northwest of Moldavia, where wind intensifications with gusts of 50-70 km/h are expected, and isolated over 80 km/h. There will be torrential downpours with water amounts of 15-25 l/m², and isolated over 30-40 l/m², along with electrical discharges and possible hail.

Additionally, another yellow warning for strong winds will be in effect from Monday at 23:00 until Tuesday at 10:00, with gusts of 70-80 km/h in the Southern Carpathians and the Curvature. On Tuesday, between 10:00 and 20:00, wind intensifications are expected in eastern Moldavia and the Curvature Mountains area, with gusts of 50-90 km/h.
