The National Meteorological Administration issued yellow and orange wind warnings for Sunday, with gusts of up to 90 km/h in most of the country.

Meteorologists have issued yellow and orange wind warnings for the entire country, valid on Sunday, April 26. The yellow warning is active between 09:00 and 21:00, with wind intensifications in the north, northeast, and center of the country, where gusts will reach 50-70 km/h, and in the mountains 70-90 km/h.

An orange warning is in effect between 12:00 and 18:00 for the counties of Botoșani, Iași, Vaslui, and Galați, as well as in the low areas of the counties of Suceava, Neamț, Bacău, and Vrancea, where the wind will reach speeds of 70-90 km/h. Additionally, between 18:00 and 20:00, the counties of Brăila, Tulcea, Ialomița, and Călărași will be under an orange warning, with similar gusts.

In the Eastern Carpathians, Southern Carpathians, and Apuseni Mountains, at altitudes over 1600 m, the wind will reach 100-120 km/h. In Bucharest, the wind will be moderate, with gusts of 50-55 km/h, and the maximum temperature will be 24-25 degrees.
