INHGA has issued yellow and orange flood warnings, valid until Saturday afternoon, for 13 hydrographic basins and rivers in Dobrogea.

The National Institute of Hydrology and Water Management (INHGA) issued yellow and orange flood warnings on Friday, valid until Saturday afternoon, in 13 hydrographic basins and on the rivers in Dobrogea. From July 3, 12:00 PM to July 4, 9:00 AM, an orange warning will be in effect for the Teleorman, Râul Negru, and Putna rivers. Additionally, until Saturday at 12:00 PM, a yellow flood warning will be in effect for the rivers in the Vișeu, Iza, Lăpuș, Someșul Mare, Someșul Mic, Mureș, Arieș, Târnava Mare and Mică basins, as well as on other important watercourses. Significant hydrological phenomena are also expected on the Mureș, Desnățu, Jiu, Olt rivers, and others. INHGA recommends caution in the affected areas, considering the risks of flooding.
