The National Integrity Agency has identified three patterns of violation of the national integrity framework in local public administration and the health system.

The National Integrity Agency (ANI) announced that, due to digitalization, it has identified three systematic patterns of integrity violations in local public administration and in the health system.

These patterns include the conduct of incompatible activities by mayors and deputy mayors, the signing of contracts by local councilors through their own companies or those of their spouses, and the illegal appointment of politically affiliated individuals to the boards of hospitals. ANI has opened 106 self-reports, with 69 completed, of which 50 confirmed the state of incompatibility.

The agency emphasizes that the big-data system used does not distinguish between political colors, applying the same criteria to all. ANI is committed to preventing integrity risks through data-driven management, without subjectivism or partisanship.
