The National Meteorological Administration (ANM) has issued a first warning for atmospheric instability in the counties of Argeș, Dâmbovița, Prahova, Buzău, Ialomița, Brăila, and Tulcea, valid on Tuesday, between 12:00 and 23:00.

This will manifest through torrential downpours, electrical discharges, intensifications of the wind, with isolated gusts that can reach speeds of 50-70 km/h and small-sized hail. The amounts of water will vary between 15-25 l/m², with possible accumulations of over 30-40 l/m² in short intervals.

A second warning, Yellow Code, targets Wednesday the counties of Vrancea, Buzău, Prahova, Dâmbovița, Argeș, and Vâlcea, with similar conditions of atmospheric instability, valid between 12:00 and 21:00.
