The ANM announces that the weather will be warmer than normal in Romania until the end of July, with deficient precipitation in most regions.

According to ANM estimates for the period June 29 – July 27, 2026, the weather will be warmer than usual across the entire territory of Romania.

In the week of June 29 – July 6, temperatures will be above the specific averages, while precipitation will be around the norms. Between July 6 and July 13, higher temperatures are expected in the western and central regions, with a deficient rainfall regime, especially in mountainous areas. The week of July 13 – July 20 will again bring higher thermal values, with normal precipitation in the eastern regions, but deficient in the rest. Finally, between July 20 and July 27, higher temperatures are expected in all regions, with precipitation close to normal.
