The deal to acquire EnergoBit, a Romanian company specializing in electrical infrastructure, is part of Vinci's strategy to expand in Central and Eastern Europe. EnergoBit generated revenues of EUR100 million in 2024 and has 825 employees. The financial details of the transaction and the timing of completion have not yet been disclosed and are subject to regulatory approvals. Vinci did business worth more than EUR200 million in Romania last year.
