The Autonomous Administration 'Administration of the State Protocol Heritage' (RA-APPS) announces the rental of the property located at 86 Aviatorilor Boulevard, known as the villa intended for Klaus Iohannis after the end of his term.

The public auction with bidding will take place on November 18, 2025, at the headquarters of the Branch for the Administration and Maintenance of the Real Estate Fund in Bucharest. The property has a total area of 915.54 square meters and a yard of 1,110 square meters, with a starting price of 35,000 euros per month and a participation guarantee of 70,000 euros. The auction file costs 1,000 lei plus VAT, and registrations close on November 14, 2025. The villa has been recently modernized and is considered an official residence post-mandate for the president.
