The Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban declared that Laszlo Boloni is a legend of Hungary, in a preview of the documentary dedicated to his life, which will be released on November 5 in Budapest. Orban emphasized Boloni's impact on Transylvanian football and the history of Hungarian sports, mentioning that he is the only Hungarian footballer, after Puskas, who won the European Cup trophy.
The documentary, titled "Boloni – The Legend that Unites," offers nostalgia for the golden age of football and will also be available in Bucharest on November 16. The film was enthusiastically received in Transylvania, having been screened for the first time in Mureș, and Orban promoted the event on social media, inviting the public to participate in the celebration of the legend.
