Viktor Orbán, former Prime Minister of Hungary, participates in the Tusványos Summer University, held between July 21 and 26 in Băile Tușnad, an event dedicated to discussions about the autonomy of Hungarians in Romania.


At the 35th edition, Orbán meets with UDMR leader Kelemen Hunor and other officials from Romania and Hungary. Discussion topics include "Transylvanism after the Province," "Three counties, one future?" and "The chances of Hungarian autonomy in the Carpathian Basin."


The event is organized by the Pro Minoritate Foundation and the Hungarian Youth Council in Romania. Among the guests are also former Hungarian political figures, such as Navracsics Tibor and Szili Katalin. The highlight will be Orbán's speech, moderated by Németh Zsolt, in which the future of the Hungarian community will be discussed.
