The Favorit+ project, carried out by the Sector 6 City Hall in Bucharest, involves the regeneration of a four-story building in the Favorit area using biological methods. With a total value of 6.2 million euros, of which 4.9 million euros are non-repayable funds, the project was selected from 110 European proposals.

The building, located on Aleea Încani, will be rehabilitated with natural materials, featuring a green roof and photovoltaic panels, thus promoting a model of sustainable urban regeneration. The former Favorit restaurant will be transformed into a community innovation center dedicated to education and research. The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2029, and interim mayor Paul Moldovan emphasizes the importance of revitalizing the area for the community.
