At the 46th edition of the Congress of Vine and Wine, held in Chisinau, the Ukrainian delegation threatened to boycott because of the acceptance of Russia's participation and its symbols. Ukraine considers this "neutrality" complicity with the aggressor, given the current conflict. Following discussions with Moldovan officials, it was agreed to remove Russian symbols, and Ukraine decided to participate only in scientific sessions, announcing the cancellation of the scheduled visit of its representatives to official events.
