Two teenagers, aged 16 and 18, were injured after being hit by a car in Constanța County.

The incident took place in a locality in Constanța County, where two teenagers, aged 16 and 18, were sledding on the street and were hit by a car driven by a 23-year-old man. The two suffered injuries and were transported to the hospital, one of them being unconscious.

The police have opened a criminal case and are continuing investigations to establish the circumstances of the accident. Authorities have emphasized that such activities are illegal and can lead to serious accidents, recalling a similar incident in February 2025, when two men were fined for sledding pulled by a car on a public road. Additionally, another serious accident recently occurred on a slope in Borșa, where an 8-year-old girl was hit by a tourist with a sled.
