Ismail Onur Özbizerdik, a feared Turkish mafia boss, has been arrested in Romania after a traffic police operation. He is suspected of murder and other serious crimes in Turkey. Although he fled to Romania to escape rivals, he was caught drugged driving, without a license and armed. Turkey has requested his extradition through Interpol.
