The Bucharest Tribunal has decided that Tudor Duma, accused of the death of a 20-year-old young man who overdosed in his garage, should be placed under house arrest. Duma, who was detained in April 2025, must appear before the court upon request and is prohibited from communicating with two witnesses. Alongside him, a 27-year-old woman has been sent to trial for selling methadone to the victim. The young man died from acute intoxication, and Duma has been accused of allowing drug use in his home.
