An accident in Fetești led to the death of a 12-year-old child and the injury of a 22-year-old young man. The driver, under the influence of alcohol, left the scene of the accident.

A serious accident occurred in Fetești, where a 12-year-old child died, and a 22-year-old young man was injured after the moped they were on was hit by a car driven by a 31-year-old man. The incident took place on Călărași street, and the driver initially left the scene of the accident, returning later. The police found that he had a concentration of 0.62 mg/l of pure alcohol in his breath.

The moped did not have reflective or protective elements, and the passenger died as a result of the impact. The moped driver was taken to the hospital, and the driver was detained for 24 hours, being accused of manslaughter and other offenses.
