Timisoara, promoted at the largest tourism fair in the world, ITB Berlin

The Timiș County was promoted from March 3-5, 2026, at ITB Berlin, the largest tourism fair in the world, which brings together hundreds of thousands of visitors and thousands of international exhibitors. The participation took place at the official stand of the Ministry of Economy, Digitalization, Entrepreneurship, and Tourism, where the Visit Timiș organization presented the integrated tourism offer of the county, from cultural heritage and urban experiences to rural tourism, nature, and the gastronomic tradition of Banat. Visitors were able to taste local products gathered under the concept of "Delicacies from the Banat Region," offered by producers and wineries from the area.
